Flora Kelmendi is a Senior Operations Officer in the World Bank’s Education Global Practice. Since joining the Bank in 2006, she has worked with the Europe and Central Asia region on education and labor market issues in lending operations and analytical reports. She hold a master’s degree in public administration from Columbia University.
