Flora Oliveira Fonseca, as a specialist in sustainable governance and management and a youth leader passionate about development projects, has many years of national and international experience working for the promotion of a more diverse, inclusive, healthy, and sustainable world. Currently, she works for Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Ministry of Health) as a Strategic Integration Advisor, supporting the design and implementation of many governmental projects, especially the ones related to SDGs territorialization, digital transformation, equity promotion, and climate change mitigation. Flora has a Master in Public Health Policies at Fiocruz, holds an MBA from São Paulo University, and a BSc in International Relations from Sergipe Federal University, having studied one of her undergraduate years as a scholar at Sciences Po Lyon. She is a Youth Voices Brasil projects leader.
