Fokke Fennema has over 25 years of experience the public sector in the Netherlands, Eastern Europe, Turkey, Kenya, the Caribbean, and India on agriculture, rural development, nature and water management. Since January 2017 he joined the World Bank as a senior agriculture specialist on a secondment from the Dutch government, based in New Delhi. He is a team member of several projects all over India, focusing on agribusiness development, agri-logistics, post-harvest management and food safety. He organized the study tour for Indian government officials and World Bank staff to The Netherlands mentioned in this blog.
