Frances Allen is an External Affairs Officer in the External and Corporate Relations Vice Presidency and manages the day-to-day implementation of the Bank’s Access to Information Policy. She has worked across the Bank in corporate and operational units, with a long stint in the Europe and Central Asia Region, including a short-term assignment in the Georgia Country Office.
