Frances is an education professional with a multicultural and multilingual background. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Global Human Development at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service. Before starting her master's program, Frances served two consecutive Fulbright grants in Senegal from 2021 to 2023. In Senegal, she taught English, mentored new grantees, and developed an increasing interest in how education programs are designed and evaluated outside the classroom. At Georgetown, Frances is currently building her expertise in monitoring and evaluation and program design to help translate data and analysis into meaningful educational improvements.
