Francis Muamba Mulangu is a development economist with more than 12 years’ experience in research and operations in international development. Research interests include conducting distributional impact analysis of policies and the interactions between poverty, food system and agribusiness in developing countries. Recent articles have appeared in the Agricultural Economics, American Journal of Agricultural Economics, and agribusiness journals, among others. Current operation work focuses on managing statistical capacity building grants and providing technical assistance support to lending operations in both low income and upper income countries.
