Francisca Memel has been a communications consultant at the World Bank Country Office in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire since February 2017.
She holds a Professional Master’s degree in advertising and marketing (specializing in marketing) and a Professional Bachelor’s degree in advertising and marketing from the Abidjan Institute of Communication Sciences and Technologies (ISTC), as well as a Professional Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the Félix Houphouët Boigny University in Abidjan.
