Francisco Ceballos is a Consultant for the World Bank's Research group. Previously based in Buenos Aires and Johannesburg, he has contributed in articles on international finance and international financial markets and institutions. Francisco has closely collaborated with the Office of the Chief Economist for Latin America and the Caribbean in their 2011 Flagship Report "LAC Financial Development: The Road Ahead". Outside of the World Bank, Francisco has worked for a leading microfinance institution in South Africa and is currently involved in an impact evaluation in Guatemala. He holds a MS in Finance and a BA in Economics from Torcuato di Tella University in Buenos Aires.
