Frederico Guanais is Deputy Head of the Health Division of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development. He was a Principal Health Specialist at the Inter-American Development Bank, and Chief of Staff to the Minister of Social Development and Fight against Hunger in Brazil. Frederico is a Civil Engineer and a Master in Administration from the Federal University of Bahia, Brazil, and holds a PhD in Public Administration with from the New York University.
