Freida is a Consultant with the GovTech team in the World Bank’s Governance Global Practice. She provides technical assistance and advice on GovTech investment projects, and contributes to World Bank knowledge through analytical documents on digital governance topics.
Prior to joining the Bank, Freida led policy outreach and managed large-scale randomized evaluations via the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) in Indonesia, and Evidence for Policy Design (EPoD) at the Harvard Kennedy School in Cambridge, MA. She has provided technical consultancies on digital government transformation, digital economy, service delivery, and impact evaluations.
She holds a Master’s in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School of Government, and a BA in International Relations from Universitas Indonesia.
