Gabriela is a Communications Consultant in the Development Data Group of the World Bank. In this capacity she drafts and edits blogs, feature stories, and other written media, and synthesizes the department’s messaging. She previously served as the speechwriter for Managing Director & Chief Administrative Officer Shaolin Yang and assisted with the sanctions system, internal justice system, and priority management segments of his portfolio. Gabriela holds a BA in International Studies and Political Science from Elon University and is pursuing her MA in Security Studies at Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service.
