Dr. Gabrielle Arenge is an ESRC postdoctoral fellow at the University of Cambridge's Faculty of Education. She studies educational change, with a specific focus on teacher professional development and learning. Gabby has over a decade of experience working as an educational researcher and program designer in the US, UK and East and Southern Africa with partners including Brookings Centre for Universal Education, the World Bank, the UK Cabinet Office, Youth Impact, and The Agency Fund. She recently completed her PhD at the University of Cambridge. Her doctoral research identified the processes and conditions that support teachers to start engaging in pedagogic change.
