Gael Fostier de Moraes is a Consultant with the World Bank Social Protection and Jobs unit in the Middle East and North Africa, and Europe and Central Asia regions. Gael’s work focuses on projects in the areas of Public Employment Services practice, Gender Policies, Labour Market Inclusion, and migrant workers. He is also a member of the World Bank Group Task Force Anti-Racism, since July 2020. Gael holds a master’s degree in International Affairs by the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (US/Italy), a master’s degree by Sciences Po Lille (France), in European and International Careers, and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations by Universidade Estadual Paulista (Brazil) and a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management by the University of Grenoble-Alpes (France).
