Gailius Praninskas is a consultant and field coordinator at the World Bank Bureaucracy Lab, a collaboration between the Governance Global Practice and the Development Impact Evaluation unit of the World Bank Group. His primary research interests include political economy, public policy and education. He is currently engaged in an impact evaluation of the service delivery chain of mental health services for the youth in Lithuania. Gailius did his master's in Development, Data and Economics at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and his undergraduate degree in Economics at the University of Amsterdam. Previously, he has worked as a tutor in Economics as well as a research assistant in within-faculty research.
