Geetika Pandya is the Project Manager at the Energy Institute at Haas, working on the GridWatch project. Geetika has been in this role since 2020, where she provides project management support, and assists in the design and implementation of socio-economic research on the ground in Ghana.
Prior to joining the Energy Institute, Geetika worked on international development projects on women’s economic empowerment, financial inclusion, and WASH. She has experience working in India, Myanmar and Ghana. She began her career as a data scientist, helping Fortune 500 companies make data-driven business decisions.
Geetika holds a masters in Development Practice from University of California, Berkeley, and a bachelor of technology in Mechatronics Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, India.
