Genaro works at the GSMA where he leads the infrastructure and policy work on Digital Inclusion. Leveraging innovations in technology, policy, and business models, he supports the efforts of the mobile industry to connect marginalized populations in emerging markets. Genaro holds a Telecommunications Engineering degree from the National University of Mexico and a Masters in Public Administration from the London School of Economics.
