J.M. “George” Castellanos has worked in the infrastructure development sector for over two decades. He is President and Founder of ININCORP, a Houston based energy infrastructure development firm with affiliate offices in Colombia and the UAE. Before establishing ININCORP in 1999, George managed infrastructure projects for companies such as Exxon, Occidental Petroleum, Williams, KPL, Enron and Cinergy/Duke Energy. His experience has focused mainly on directing infrastructure projects in Latin America, including traditional and renewable power plants; oil, gas and water pipelines, and other large-scale international EPC/EPCM construction projects. Today, ININCORP provides a diverse range of professional consulting services across the energy spectrum, covering general management, operations, business development, deal origination and negotiation, structuring, finance and governance, and project planning and delivery.
