George Conway has been the Country Director for UNDP Somalia since December 2013, based in Mogadishu. Before joining UNDP Somalia, George worked in South Sudan as Country Director (2011–2012), and as Deputy Head of Office from 2007 to 2011. Prior to South Sudan, George worked with UNDP’s crisis prevention and recovery programs in Indonesia (2001–2006).
