Georges V. Houngbonon is an economist at the IFC and has more than eight years of global experience in the telecom and technology sector both in academia and in the private sector, with a focus on Africa. Georges’ areas of expertise include the drivers of digital inclusion, the impact of digital connectivity on growth, employment and the distribution of income, as well as regulation and competition policy in the telecom sector.
