Giang is the project officer for Action for the City (www.vidothi.org), a Vietnamese non-governmental organization working on sustainable urban development. In the last three years, Giang mainly worked for the “Partnership for community action on climate change” project in Hanoi and Hoi An in Vietnam. The project aimed to support for implementing green living initiatives of children, teachers and community members, such as: saving water, saving energy, reducing and classifying trash, efficient consuming and social relationship. Giang and her colleagues also helped organize several green festivals in various schools as well as in the community to encourage people to follow green actions. Currently, Giang work with high school students in Hanoi to develop organic farming.
