Giannina is an External Affairs Officer specializing in creative digital content, with a focus on macroeconomics, trade, and investment within the Prosperity vertical at the World Bank. She is a specialist in content creation, data storytelling, and impactful design. Previously, she served as an External Affairs Specialist for the Infrastructure vertical, where she led cross-cutting themes, strategy, and leadership communications. In this role, she also led communications and creative production for the Office of the Chief Economist for Infrastructure. Prior to that, she was the Communications Lead for the World Bank’s Global Road Safety Facility, where she implemented impactful communication strategies to engage with a global community and influence country leaders to invest in road safety for their people. Giannina holds an MBA from the Westfield Business School and is a Google Technology Policy Fellow, ICANN Fellow, and a former Coordinator for Latin America of the UNESCO Media and Information Literacy Youth Committee.
