Giselle is an international development professional with experience working across gender-based violence, gender, and global public health. Giselle joined the World Bank in the Lima Country Office in 2018, and currently focuses on gender-based violence in Latin America and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining the Bank, Giselle worked in international development consulting, think tanks, and non-profit organizations. She has previously been based in London, UK, and Lima, Peru. Giselle holds a Master’s in International Development and Public Policy from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Affairs and Latin American Studies from the University of Virginia.
