Giuliana De Mendiola is an Urban Development Specialist in the Urban, Disaster Risk, Resilience and Land Global Practice of the World Bank. Her experience covers issues of housing, territorial development and urban resilience. Recently, her work has focused on the design and implementation of housing policies and programs in several Latin American and Caribbean countries. Giuliana has a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Public Policy from Duke University.
