Gladys Senderayi is a Public Sector Specialist in the World Bank’s Governance Global Practice. She works primarily on judicial reform in Europe and Central Asia. Prior to joining the Bank, Gladys worked at Veritas—an NGO in Zimbabwe that monitors and reports on the work of Parliament and the justice system. At Veritas, Gladys led projects that focused on civic engagement and promoting transparency and accountability in key government institutions. She holds an LL.M. in Democratic Governance and Rule of Law from Ohio Northern University, a B. Com (Law) from the University of South Africa and an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Zimbabwe.
