Goedele Van den Broeck is a post-doctoral researcher at the Division of Bio-Economics at the University of Leuven in Belgium and a visiting research fellow at the Development Data Group. Her research focuses on poverty reduction, food value chains, (rural) labor markets, gender and food security. She holds a Master of Science in Agriculture and a PhD in Agricultural and Development Economics from the University of Leuven.
