Currently working as Deputy head of department at the Public Procurement Bureau. He participated in the working group that developed and implemented the existing e-Procurement system in 2009 and over the years has been involved in all aspects of the development and promotion of the e-Procurement and e-Tools, as well as the general national public procurement system. He is also part of a team working on the implementation and development of the Electronic Low Value Procurement Market. He took part as a key expert in several international projects, managed by USAID, the European Commission (EC) and the World Bank. He was a part of the working group that drafted the new Public Procurement Law (2019). Works as a public procurement trainer, both for state and public sector institutions and private companies, with a big number of training sessions in the past years. He is a co-author of several publications, research papers and books related to public procurement and e-Procurement.
