With over 9 years of teaching experience and a diverse range of roles, including teacher coach, trainer, and education consultant, she has honed her skills in improving learning outcomes for students and fostering effective communities of practice within educational institutions. She has played crucial roles in enhancing foundational learning and driving positive change in low-income communities in addition to executing transformative projects across African countries, supporting teachers to enhance their teaching methodologies and create an optimal learning environment. By working closely with schools and teachers, she empowers educators to develop profitable brands and increase their teaching effectiveness through personalized coaching in both group and one-on-one settings. Her educational background further strengthens her expertise. With a bachelor's degree in computer engineering and a master's degree in educational technology, specializing in instructional design, she possesses a solid foundation in leveraging technology for impactful learning experiences. Grace is a World Bank Group Education Africa Fellow with the African East Region.
