Grace is a geographer and geospatial analyst driven to making spatial information on poverty and disaster risk intuitive and accessible to all audiences, regardless of technical or linguistic background. Grace’s technical interests are in the monitoring of urban spaces and geographical targeting of development, particularly in the Sahel region. Grace is a jointly appointed World Bank consultant with the Digital Earth Partnership (DEP) of the Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery (GFDRR) and the Poverty and Equity geo team of Western and Central Africa. Grace holds a master’s degree in Geography and GIS from George Washington University.
