Guglielmo Zappalà is a consultant at PARIS21/OECD. In this role, he contributes to the team’s agenda on measuring statistical capacity and designs indicators for the Statistical Capacity Monitor. He also works on smarter financing for development data within the scope of the Clearinghouse. Aside from his position at PARIS21, Guglielmo is a doctoral candidate at the Paris School of Economics and a fellow of the French Collaborative Institute on Migration (IC Migrations). His main research interest is applied microeconomics, with a focus on environmental and climate change economics. He holds a M.A. in Analysis and Policy in Economics from the Paris School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Padova.
