Guillaume L'Her is a Research Associate at the Colorado School of Mines in the United States. He has been a consultant on power system climate resilience for the World Bank since 2020. After working as a nuclear engineer for the EDF group for five years, he completed his PhD in Nuclear Engineering, focused on the intersection of nuclear energy and energy transition. He has been advising multiple World Bank projects on adaptation issues, including in the Caribbean, Brazil, or South Africa. Guillaume holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Physics and Engineering from Université Paris Saclay, and a PhD in Nuclear Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines.
