Gulmira Sultanova, Education Specialist in the Kyrgyz Republic, where she supports World Bank staff and clients in enhancing the education sector programs, policies and capacity of the system and leading a policy dialogue with the government. She has reach hands on education experience from school teacher and school principal through the Ministry of Education. Gulmira has a decade experience in learning design, and preparation, implementation and evaluation of the projects from preschool to low secondary and upper secondary education.
