Mr. Guo Li is a Senior Agriculture Economist in the South Asia Region of the World Bank. He is the Task Team Leader of Punjab Strengthening Markets for Agriculture and Rural Transformation (SMART) Project. Mr. Li holds an MA in International Development and Ph.D. in Applied Economics from Stanford University.
