Haddijatou Ceesay is a Health Equity Consultant. Previously, she served as an Africa Fellow with the Gender Group at the World Bank where she worked to increase the integration of Sexual and Reproductive Health (SRH) and Gender-based Violence (GBV) interventions within Global Practices. She holds a PhD in Health Sociology from City St Georges, University of London, where her research focused on Sexual and Reproductive Health Education Policy. Haddijatou has extensive experience in research and advocacy on SRH, GBV, Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE), and youth empowerment. Haddijatou earned her B.Sc. in Psychology from the University of Georgia and a M.Sc. in Public Health and Health Promotion from Brunel University London.
