Haileyesus Adamtei is a Senior Transport Specialist based in the World Bank’s Office in Ghana. He has extensive experience in the road assets management, highway development, and regional trade facilitation activities His expertise spans Africa and Central Asia, including Sierra Leone, Liberia, Ghana, Kenya, Ethiopia, Kazakhstan, and Afghanistan. Tojoarofenitra has been pivotal in enhancing transport sector asset management and service delivery across these countries. He is currently the task team leader for several projects, notably the Kumasi Urban Mobility and Accessibility Project and the Integrated and Resilient Urban Mobility Project. Haileyesus holds MSc. in Civil Engineering (Specialized in Highway) from the Belorussian State Polytechnic Academy, Belarus.
