Hakim Al-Aghbari holds a Civil Engineering Degree from Northeastern University in Boston and a Post Graduate Degree from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona. In 2013, he joined the Bank as a Senior Highway Engineer. Hakim has over 30 years of experience in the workforce. He was involved in a variety of road and transportation projects throughout the Arab Mashreq, including Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Yemen.
