Hannah Bleby is a contributing chapter author of the Pathways for Peace study. She has worked in international development for 13 years, primarily with the Australian Government [AusAID and then Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade] where she was most recently Assistant Director of the Fragility and Conflict team. She was Australia’s representative to the OECD’s International Network on Conflict and Fragility from 2013 to 2016 and established Australia’s policy work on preventing violent extremism. She has also has worked extensively on fragility in small island states, including Timor Leste and the Caribbean. Hannah holds a Masters degree in International Studies, focusing on conflict management and culture.
