Dr. Kazianga is an assistant professor of Economics at the Spears School of Business, Oklahoma State University. Dr. Kazianga specializes in development economics, and his research focuses on rural economic activity, and health and education questions in Sub-Saharan Africa. Over the past 10 years, he has conducted extensive field research in Africa on the impact of scaling up access to HIV/AIDS treatment, the impact of food and cash transfers on health and education, on technological change in agriculture, and gift exchange and risk coping strategies in Africa.
