He is a transport economist and urban modeler, working to build more sustainable and efficient cities. As an Economist in the Infrastructure Chief Economist’s Office, he leads the team’s transport portfolio. His work is at the forefront of the field, exploring topics such as transport sector decarbonization, wider economic benefits of transport and accessibility, and applied urban models. He holds a PhD in Transportation from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and a BASc in Engineering Science (Infrastructure) from the University of Toronto.
