Miss Heanneah S. Farwenee is an educator with over four years of experience and serves as one of the Directors for the Bureau of Early Childhood Education at the Ministry of Education, Republic of Liberia since 2016. In her role as Director, Heanneah work on policy planning and development as well as training of teachers and caregivers and basic implementation of programs and projects aimed at creating access to and participation in education for Liberia youngest citizens among other things. Prior to becoming a Director for ECE, Heanneah worked as Planning & Technical Officer for the School Grants Unit under the Global Partnership for Education Project (GPE). In her role, she also participated in the assessment and determination of per-capital Grant and led the secretariat in the development of the initial school grant guidelines. Heanneah is a 2016 graduate with a master’s degree in Education and a post-graduate diploma in Education from the University of Botswana and a BBA degree in accounting and management.
