Hee Kwon (Samuel) Seo is a development economist in the Development Impact Evaluation (DEC/DIME) department of the World Bank Group. Samuel holds a bachelor's degree in applied mathematics from Harvard University and a PhD in economics from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. His current research focuses on climate change economics, labor economics, and inclusive development.
