Helen Martin is a Senior PPP Specialist with the World Bank’s Infrastructure Finance, PPPs, and Guarantees Group. She has spent the last 15 years working with governments in emerging markets and developing economies to develop policies, strategies, and projects that deliver better infrastructure services, in particular by mobilizing private sector investment—and with Development Finance Institutions to help improve their support to that end, including establishing the Global Infrastructure Facility. Her previous experience spans the public and private sectors: from a leading London-based strategy consulting firm to the Ministry of Finance in Uganda.
