Helena Naber is a Sr. Environmental Specialist with the Environment and Natural Resources Global Practice of the World Bank, where she works on issues pertaining to pollution management and environmental governance. Her current responsibilities include leading reimbursable advisory services activities in Saudi Arabia, as well as acting as climate change coordinator in the unit. Prior to joining the World Bank in September 2007, Helena worked on environmental sustainability issues in Jordan. She holds a master’s degree in environmental economics from Wageningen University, the Netherlands.
