Hélène Pfeil, a French and German national, is a Social Development Consultant at the World Bank Group, working on citizen engagement, public service delivery, gender and grievance redress mechanisms. Prior to joining the World Bank, she worked for the Institute for Strategic Dialogue and the United Nations Development Program. She holds a Masters Degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and in International Security from Sciences Po Paris. She was awarded the Mercator Fellowship on International Affairs in 2014 and is part of the World Economic Forum's Global Shapers Community.
