Hellen Wagura is communications consultant at the World Bank. She currently produces digital content related to Human Development and Human Capital. She received her Masters in Public Relations from the University of Maryland Global Campus and holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Nairobi. Prior to joining the World Bank she worked at the Kenya National Association of the Deaf.
