Henriques Ngolome, a jurist and civic leader is also the co-founder and leader of the Incubator of Companies and Startups of the Catholic University of Angola, Luanda. Ngolome is also the author of the concept of Responsible Leadership, a system of values and principles for sustainable, personal and organizational success.
