Hila Cohen Mizrav is a Water Resilience Specialist Consultant. She is currently working in the Water Global Practice and supporting the LAC regional drought analytic initiative. Her work focuses on droughts, floods, and digitalization of the water sector. She brings 10 years of experience in the environmental sector and international development, with expertise in water management, digitalization, and innovation in Latin America, the Caribbean, and East and Central Africa.
Before her current role, she worked at the Inter-American Development Bank, where she led a digitalization program and provided technical advisory services on new water sources. Earlier in her career at the World Bank, she coordinated the Farmer-led Irrigation Development Initiative and supported operations in Angola and Nigeria. She Holds a master’s degree in environmental policy and international relations from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
