Hilary joined the Food and Agriculture Global Practice in September 2019. She is working on nutrition-smart agriculture with a focus on Africa. Hilary has also served as a Policy Intern at the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy. She is currently a senior at the Georgetown University Walsh School of Foreign Service studying Science, Technology, and International Affairs with a concentration in Energy and Environment and a minor in Spanish.
