Hillary Eason is an Innovation Consultant with the World Bank's Climate Technology Program (CTP). She specializes in systems analysis, research design, and outreach and engagement. Prior to joining CTP, she worked on large-scale public mobilization initiatives for the multi-donor public governance project ISPMS and with the Social Development group on documenting best practices for technology-focused projects in Nigeria. Hillary has also worked with a wide variety of public- and private-sector organizations, including Millennium Challenge Corporation and WPP, to develop better methodologies for including stakeholders at all stages of the design process. Her experience also includes several years as a teacher, educational administrator, and political journalist. She holds a BA in International Relations and in English from Centre College and a MALD from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy.
