Hiya Mahmassani is a Human Development Analyst (ETC) with the World Bank’s Health, Nutrition and Population Global Practice in the Middle East and North Africa Region, based in Washington DC. Hiya currently supports health and nutrition lending and analytical projects in the MENA region. Hiya holds a PhD in Nutritional Epidemiology and Data Science and a MPH in Global Health from Tufts University.
