Hongye Fan is a Transport Specialist at the World Bank. She is specialized in private capital mobilization (PCM) and climate financing for transport development. She works on urban transport, road, maritime and aviation projects in Asia Pacific and Africa regions, supporting the governments to develop upstream and downstream solutions on Public Private Partnership, Asset Management, Transit-Oriented Development and Land Value Capture. She is a core member of Transport Infrastructure Finance and Management Global Solution Group and co-led the training on “Transport Practice-Skilling Up in MFD and Solution Oriented Financial Approaches”. She worked in private sector on urban rail investment, prior to joining the World Bank.
